Crystal Bergeron - Associate Broker, Computer Specialist & Advertising Coordinator

While any one of us can answer questions about Fontaine Family - The Real Estate Leader properties, I am your personal consultant for computer-generated information and advertising. My primary responsibility is generating interest in our listings via our website. Additionally, I coordinate print and computer advertising with input from Brenda and, of course, you!
As soon as properties are listed with us, I enter all the important “stats” – description, price, location, photos, and comments – onto our website and into the MLS system, assuring the fastest possible exposure to the greatest number of potential buyers. I also handle all e-mail inquiries on your property, assigning each to one of our buyer agents immediately. It is our practice to respond to all e-mail inquiries within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays.
Look to me to assist you with customizing and critiquing the computer advertising game plan for your property. After all, no one knows your home better than you do. |

Marilyn Larochelle - Associate Broker, Marketing Assistant
I serve as part of the Fontaine creative team, and I am responsible for the development and distribution of property brochures for all our listings, including your home. To increase your property’s exposure, I will assure that each REALTOR® in Androscoggin County receives a copy of your brochure hot off the press!
Direct mail, an integral part of our marketing strategy, is coordinated through me. This includes “Just Listed” announcements to your neighborhood and invitations to "Tour of Homes" events.
Finally, once your home has been sold, you can continue to rely on me for “after the sale” client care. We want to be certain your real estate experience with the Fontaine Family - The Real Estate Leader is a positive one. For quality assurance purposes, I will follow up with you after the sale of your property to make sure everything went smoothly and to identify any areas of the process in need of improvement. Our goal is your complete satisfaction, and your valuable input is key to our ability to provide you with the highest quality of customer service both now and in the future. A bit like a batter waiting for that perfect pitch, I'm looking to make the right match between buyers and sellers. My "game" strategies include setting up showings, providing sellers with feedback after showings, and "Tour of Homes" events. Although it sometimes takes awhile to obtain feedback from buyer agents outside the Fontaine Family - The Real Estate Leader, you can plan to hear from me within 72 hours of any showing of your property.
When I'm not calling our clients with updates, I'm prospecting for new listing properties for our team line-up. More than fifty percent of people interested in selling their current homes are also looking to purchase new ones! I have even successfully matched buyers with listings of ours through the practice of prospecting. So you see, our pro-active approach to real estate really works!!

Melissa Field - Associate Broker, Client Care Specialist
You might call me the Fontaine Family Team umpire. I cover “home plate” and am most likely the first person you’ll speak with when you contact the office. From the moment your home is under contract or your offer on a property has been accepted, I pave the way to a smooth and complete real estate transaction.
Details are my specialty. From checking on loans to coordinating appraisals and building inspections, I’ll see to it that you arrive at your closing day on time with every “i” dotted and every “t” crossed.
Like crossing home plate, getting to closing can sometimes be a challenge. Just know I’m here for you every step of the way. |

Daily computer searches are done, and buyers are contacted immediately if something comes up that fits their criteria. Bill, Clayton, Beth, Deb, Nick, Harriet, Matt, Brian and Richard work closely with each buyer throughout the whole buying process, including the building inspection, financing, etc., all the way to the final walk through.  | Claude Fontaine - Book Keeper and Field Coordinator Claude Fontaine, bookkeeper & field coordinator, takes the pictures installs signs, lock boxes and virtual tours. He also delivers home books, pre-listing packages. He also accompanies the Real Estate Appraiser on all bank appraisals. Claude does CMA's requested by past, present and future clients. |
